the Christ Church Parish Spring Fair, 2009
The Parish Spring Fair for 2009 was held on Saturday 24th October, in brilliant sunshine, and with lots of visitors to the Parish grounds. The pictures below - thanks to Russell and David who did the photographing! - give just a glimpse of the day..... one filled with plants, jams, clothes, books, bottles, preserves, wood (from the tree on the McKillop Street frontage), and heaps of white elephant items...

which also featured preserves...... 
and bottles by the dozen.....
and lots of second hand clothes, all arranged for sale in the SchoolRoom ....
and trailer loads of wood from the gum tree on the south side of the Church
(and, yes, it really was dead and threatening to drop its limbs)... 
and, of course, all that shopping made for big appetites....
